About the role
Lead the procurement and supply chain strategy for critical long‑lead equipment packages across hyperscale data centre projects, from early planning through to commissioning.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategy for major data centre projects.
- Manage end‑to‑end sourcing, tendering, negotiation and contract award for long‑lead equipment and specialist infrastructure.
- Maintain procurement schedules aligned with project delivery and mitigate supply‑chain and commercial risks.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance and contract compliance.
- Drive cost optimisation, value engineering and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Proven procurement leadership experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, resources or data centre environments.
- Successful delivery of high‑value procurement outcomes on large‑scale, mission‑critical projects.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in supplier negotiations and contract management.
- Experience managing long‑lead equipment procurement and complex supply chains.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to influence across project and executive teams.
