Senior Sales Operations Analyst

About the role

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will provide commercial oversight of business activity for Hitachi Vantara in the ANZ region, supporting sales pipeline analysis, opportunity qualification, deal governance and pricing advice.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a governance framework for regional opportunities and ensure escalation to the APAC Deal Operations Centre when appropriate.
• Review major opportunities, qualify them, and provide deal approval recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support contract reviews, pricing strategy development, and complex deal structuring, including non‑Capex proposals.
• Assist in business planning, forecast review, risk identification and drive adoption of standardized forecasting tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in analysis, pricing or financial modelling in a technology organisation.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, unstructured environment and to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strong commercial, business and financial acumen with experience preparing business cases and total cost of ownership models.
