Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive engagement and utilisation of Askable’s research platform for our most complex enterprise accounts. This onsite role is based in Brisbane and reports to the Head of Enterprise Success.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute strategies to optimise and increase account usage, providing recommendations and project guidance.
• Deliver product demonstrations and create custom solutions for new teams within existing accounts.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings with customers in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne and represent Askable at UX conferences and meet‑ups.
• Monitor key account performance, develop optimisation plans and ensure customers are on a growth trajectory.

Required profile

• 4+ years in a customer‑facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or Strategic Account Manager.
• Proven experience managing large strategic enterprise accounts (e.g., $250k+ ARR) and driving growth rather than just retention.
• Track record of meeting personal retention and utilisation targets.
• Experience in high‑growth, startup or scale‑up environments with ambiguous, experimental work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Slack, HubSpot and Google Workspace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for building authentic customer relationships.
• Strong collaboration and ability to give/receive constructive feedback.
• Independent problem‑solving, curiosity and a growth mindset.
