Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

The Enterprise Account Executive is a senior, strategic sales position responsible for owning, expanding, and protecting RIB Software’s most critical Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owners (AECO) sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic account plans for assigned Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, including net‑new logo acquisition and “land and expand” initiatives.
• Lead complex Enterprise Business Agreement negotiations, value‑modeling, and subscription renewals while conducting quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Drive top‑of‑funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting, ABM campaigns, and rigorous enterprise sales methodology (S7).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—technical specialists, product leads, and executive sponsors—to deliver high‑impact solutions and ensure smooth post‑sale handover to Customer Success.

Required profile

• 4+ years of proven success in complex B2B enterprise software sales or strategic account management, consistently meeting quotas.
• Demonstrated experience closing multi‑stakeholder SaaS and enterprise contracts within the AECO industry.
• Strong executive presence and ability to translate technical discussions into business outcomes for C‑suite audiences.
• Analytical and financial acumen to build Total Cost of Ownership and ROI models.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience using formal enterprise sales qualification frameworks (e.g., S7).
