Sales Specialist - Equipment

About the role

Konecranes & Demag is looking for an ambitious Sales Specialist to grow its Industrial Equipment business across a defined territory in Canning Vale. You will represent world-class lifting technology, work with leading industrial customers and take ownership of your territory in a highly autonomous, results-driven role.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow new business opportunities across your territory
• Build strong relationships with industrial customers and key stakeholders
• Prepare quotations, tenders and commercial proposals
• Hold customer meetings, site visits and solution presentations
• Work with Service Sales teams to uncover additional opportunities
• Collaborate with Project Engineers, Branch teams and Production for smooth project handovers
• Maintain sales activity and forecasts in CRM systems
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and commercial terms

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Solution Sales or Business Development
• Current and valid driver licence
• Comfortable working with technical products and industrial applications
• Desirable: experience or interest in lifting equipment, knowledge of overhead cranes, hoists or Australian Standards, and exposure to technical or engineering-based sales

• CRM and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
