Trade Counter Assistant (TH) - Canning Vale

About the role

Reece is hiring a Trade Counter Assistant for its Irrigation & Pools branch in Canning Vale. You will help landscapers, irrigation specialists and other tradespeople find the products they need for outdoor spaces, while keeping the branch running smoothly. The role sits within the Branch Staff team and is described as a pathway into future leadership positions, with hands-on exposure to all aspects of the business under the guidance of experienced Branch Leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and product information
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone
• Carry out pick-and-pack and stock control
• Maintain a safe, organised and welcoming branch environment
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
• Take part in on-the-job training and develop operational and commercial skills

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales or leadership, enjoying helping customers face to face and by phone
• Clean, valid driver's licence and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
• Tech-savvy and ready to learn new systems
• Leadership potential and a growth mindset, wanting to develop a career locally or within the wider network
