Sales Personnel – Luxury Jewellery Retail

About the role

Join Van Cleef & Arpels in Perth as a Sales Personnel, representing a world‑renowned luxury jewellery maison. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through product launches, sales campaigns and the purchase journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a customer contact plan to promote new collections and drive sales.
• Handle customer queries and complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Conduct sales calls and meetings, using standard presentation materials and asking targeted questions to assess interest.
• Identify potential customers through referrals, trade shows and conferences.
• Recommend appropriate products, explain configurations and close sales at standard terms.
• Record follow‑up actions and update the CRM system after each interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent external communication and strong customer relationships.
• Adhere to company policies, regulatory codes and obtain necessary approvals for exceptions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or customer‑facing roles, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Commitment to follow organisational procedures and regulatory standards.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
