Associate Territory Manager – Foot & Ankle

About the role

This is a field‑based opportunity to join Stryker’s Foot & Ankle team in Perth, supporting orthopaedic surgeons and hospital staff with innovative medical devices. The role is ideal for junior sales professionals, healthcare practitioners, or allied health staff looking to start a career in MedTech.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and increase market share for Stryker’s Foot & Ankle portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide clinical support in operating theatres, assisting surgeons during procedures.
• Deliver product demonstrations, education, and training to customers.
• Support inventory management and ensure product availability for surgical cases.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
• Travel across Perth and surrounding territories as required (≈20% travel).
