Enterprise Account Manager – Perth

About the role

EROAD is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth, retention, and customer success across an established portfolio in Perth. You will develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, and ensure successful contract renewals while working closely with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and create long‑term account plans.
• Manage profitability of the assigned portfolio, execute growth plans, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate opportunity data in Salesforce, monitor sales progress, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Champion the voice of the customer, promote safety‑focused solutions, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, account planning, and renewal management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and willingness to travel within the territory.
