Sales Development Representative

About the role

sa.global is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to accelerate growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities with mid‑market and enterprise clients undergoing digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using frameworks such as BANT, assessing needs, fit, budget, decision process and timing.
• Generate and nurture leads through proactive outreach, cold calls, emails and social platforms, and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to set up meetings and hand over qualified opportunities.
• Utilise Microsoft CRM, 6Sense, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and other tools to research prospects and maintain accurate records.
• Provide regular reporting on lead qualification metrics and share insights with Marketing and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Sales Development, Business Development or Inside Sales, preferably within the Microsoft Partner channel.
• Strong discovery and questioning skills, with a track record of exceeding lead‑generation targets.
• Highly organised, process‑oriented and disciplined in CRM usage.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and eager to learn, with a collaborative team mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
