About the role

Join a growing, family‑owned business helping Melbourne homeowners care for their homes. This outbound sales role focuses on following up unsold estimates, turning opportunities into sales and shaping a new position.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers with unsold estimates.
  • Answer questions, handle objections and help customers move forward.
  • Maintain consistent follow‑up and accurate records in CRM.
  • Work closely with service and instal teams to organise next steps.
  • Identify opportunities across our services and Home Partner Plan.

Required profile

  • Experience in sales, outbound calling or business development (advantageous).
  • Confidence on the phone with natural rapport‑building ability.
  • Strong follow‑up skills and ability to handle objections.
  • Motivation to achieve targets and take ownership of results.
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback and use technology.
