Sales & Customer Success Hybrid – Fast Growing AI SaaS

About the role

WildJar is looking for an AI Growth & Customer Success Specialist to bridge sales, customer success and AI implementation. You will help new and existing customers adopt WildJar’s AI‑powered call tracking and conversation intelligence platform, ensuring they receive real value from the solution.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and qualify inbound leads via HubSpot.
• Run outbound and nurture campaigns (email, LinkedIn, SMS, cold calling) when needed.
• Onboard new clients: setup, training and feature activation.
• Configure and implement WildJar’s AI Agents for each customer’s business.
• Demonstrate how customers can maximize value from AI‑driven call tracking and conversation insights.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on new initiatives.
• Relay client feedback to the product team to drive improvements.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in SaaS, AI, marketing or customer success.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious, tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new AI tools.
• Proactive, organized and able to make things happen.
• Willingness to make outbound calls and cold outreach.
• Experience in digital marketing or agency environments is a plus.
