Retail Merchandiser for Optus & amaysim in Richmond

About the role

Join CROSSMARK’s team to build and maintain Optus & amaysim product displays across retail stores in Richmond and surrounding suburbs. This casual position offers flexible hours and the chance to work independently while supporting a leading telecom brand.

Key responsibilities

• Create, build and maintain point‑of‑sale displays and planograms in store.
• Engage with store managers to secure promotional space for Optus & amaysim products.
• Manage a territory of retail locations, reporting daily with photos via the StoreTrack app.
• Achieve merchandising targets across grocery, petrol and convenience stores.

Required profile

• Passionate about customer service and brand advocacy.
• Motivated, proactive team player with strong communication skills.
• Reliable driver with a full licence and own vehicle.
• Available for morning shifts and able to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Retail or merchandising experience (preferred but not essential).
• Strong organisational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
