Reservations Manager

About the role

Pullman Sydney Airport, part of Accor, is looking for a Reservations Manager to join its team on a full-time basis. Reporting directly to the Revenue Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring efficient processes, exceptional guest service and strong revenue performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the Reservations team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Oversee and coordinate daily reservations operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement effective reservation procedures and processes.
• Manage reservations through Opera PMS, GDS and other online booking systems.
• Work closely with the Revenue Manager to support revenue optimisation and financial objectives.
• Maintain accurate reservation records, reporting and system information.
• Build strong working relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional guest service while ensuring operational excellence.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a flexible and proactive approach.
• Sound understanding of hotel operations, reservation processes and revenue management principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Opera PMS and GDS
• Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
