Relationship Manager, Institutional Growth Portfolio

About the role

As a Relationship Manager within the Growth Portfolio, you will manage a portfolio of Institutional Banking clients, providing end‑to‑end support across their banking requirements. The role combines client coverage, risk and analysis activities and PCM account management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deepen strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with internal policies and non‑financial risk requirements.
• Oversee risk and analysis activities, maintaining a well‑managed portfolio and addressing customer needs promptly.
• Grow PCM requirements, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and support broader business growth.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Commerce, Business, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• Experience in customer and relationship management with a solid understanding of banking processes, policies and procedures.
• Strong commercial acumen, ability to assess risks and make sound recommendations.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of a broad range of banking products and services.
• Ability to undertake financial analysis and credit assessment.
• Proactive and collaborative approach with ability to manage competing priorities.
