Relationship Manager, Business & Private Bank

About the role

The Relationship Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of Diversified Industries customers, driving acquisition, cross‑selling and referrals while delivering customer‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep understanding of customers' business and financial needs.
• Provide appropriate banking solutions and collaborate with product partners to design and execute deals.
• Build and nurture external networks to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage credit risk, exercise relationship credit approval discretion and ensure portfolio health.
• Coach and develop an Assistant Manager direct report.

Required profile

• Proven relationship‑management experience with complex, diversified industry clients.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
• Experience in credit assessment, risk management and deal structuring.
• Ability to coach others and work collaboratively across internal stakeholders.
