About the role
The Banking Consultant role is based in the Chinchilla branch and focuses on delivering a seamless banking experience for customers. You will meet end‑to‑end financial needs, conduct needs‑based conversations and promote digital solutions while ensuring compliance and risk awareness.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a smooth branch experience, handling transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital education.
- Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to drive high customer satisfaction and advocacy.
- Support bank programs and initiatives, and maintain compliance with ANZ and branch policies.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
- Comfortable using and promoting digital channels and technology.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work in a collaborative environment.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and excellent communication skills.
