Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will partner with cross‑functional squads, business stakeholders and external vendors to identify problems, analyse processes and manage end‑to‑end business requirements. This permanent, full‑time position is based at 833 Collins Street, Docklands.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, drive consensus and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct impact, risk and dependency assessments across business, operational, technology and regulatory domains.
• Support project and change management activities, ensuring compliance with ANZ governance, risk and delivery standards.
• Partner with product owners and delivery teams to execute testing, validate requirements and manage defects.

Required profile

• Can‑do attitude with ability to switch between SME work and squad priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong functional experience in business analysis, project/PMO management, test management or change management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, experienced in running workshops and documenting requirements.
• Interest in technology change and experience with large‑scale technology projects is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint and Teams.
• Experience using data systems and tools for process modelling, gap analysis and solution assessment.
