About the role

Regis is seeking passionate Registered Nurses for night‑only shifts at its new state‑of‑the‑art aged‑care residence in Toowong. You will provide high‑quality clinical care, lead care teams and ensure safe, person‑centred practice for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality clinical care to residents during night shifts.
• Lead, mentor and support care staff to maintain safe, person‑centred practice.
• Assess, plan and document care, fostering a warm and respectful environment.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience.
• Completed online chat assessment after application submission.
• Strong clinical assessment and care‑planning abilities.
• Ability to lead, mentor and support care staff.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Collaborative, resident‑focused approach with a commitment to quality care.
