Senior Therapy Coordinator

About the role

Join Early Start Australia’s allied health team at the Toowong clinic, coordinating client intake, therapist caseloads and therapy program delivery for children and young people.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate new client intake, onboarding, referrals and service agreements.
• Manage therapist caseloads, scheduling and travel efficiency across clinic, home, school and community settings.
• Oversee implementation, review and adjustment of individualised therapy plans and ensure compliance with funding models.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes, reports, invoicing and PMS data while handling incidents and complaints.

Required profile

• Highly developed organisational skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Empathetic, able to assess risk, maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience, including delegating and workload management.
