Recruitment Consultant – Controls & Electrical (Mining & Industrial)

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Australian recruitment firm as a Recruitment Consultant focused on the Controls & Electrical market within the mining and industrial sectors. You will work from our Perth office, supporting existing clients and expanding our presence across Western Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and maintain relationships with mining operators, consultancies, contractors and OEMs for electrical and control system staffing needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to placement, across master vendor, preferred supplier, and direct client engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of experience in recruitment or engineering, electrical, mining, or IT sectors.
• Australian‑based 360 recruitment experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Highly motivated, agile, and able to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Willingness to relocate to Perth if not already based in the city.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of control systems and electrical requirements in mining and industrial environments.
