Product Manager – Shoulder

About the role

Lead product management for Medacta's Shoulder Arthroplasty portfolio across Australia, overseeing lifecycle management, new product introductions and contributing to overall product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own lifecycle and marketing plans for the Australian Shoulder portfolio, identify market opportunities and manage forecasting and inventory.
• Build business cases, launch strategies and coordinate end‑to‑end new product introductions, including marketing materials, sales education and inventory planning.
• Develop relationships with surgeons, key opinion leaders and professional bodies, providing clinical and technical support in theatre and feeding insights into product development.
• Design and deliver product and procedural training, partner with the M.O.R.E. Institute for surgeon education and conferences.

Required profile

• 3+ years’ experience in orthopaedics with strong clinical knowledge of shoulder arthroplasty.
• Product management or product marketing experience, exposure to product launches and portfolio planning.
• Proven ability to build credible relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capability, business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.

Required skills

• Clinical and technical understanding of shoulder arthroplasty procedures.
• Experience with forecasting, inventory planning and tender support.
