Registered Nurse – Night Duty Aged Care

About the role

Uniting Kamilaroi is seeking an experienced aged‑care Registered Nurse for permanent night‑duty shifts at its Lane Cove service. The role alternates between four and five night shifts each week.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans to meet individual needs.
• Provide clinical leadership, assessment, and direct clinical services.
• Supervise and support Personal Care Workers.
• Liaise with medical, allied health professionals and families to advocate for residents’ quality of life.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration and a nursing degree.
• Previous RN experience in aged or community care, or related health sector experience.
• Adaptable, empathetic, resourceful and strong time‑management skills.

• Sharp clinical assessment abilities.
• Critical decision‑making and holistic practice.
