Outbound Sales Associate

About the role

Wedded Wonderland, part of Wonder Group, is a global luxury destination wedding platform. It is looking for a confident, commercially driven Outbound Sales Associate to grow its partnerships and revenue. This is a hunter role: you will build your own pipeline, identify opportunities, start conversations, handle objections, follow up and close business.

Key responsibilities

• Sell across B2B, B2C, event, sponsorship, tourism and amplification opportunities to brands, venues, hotels, tourism boards and wedding businesses.
• Prospect and generate new B2B and B2C opportunities, researching businesses, brands, tourism organisations and potential customers.
• Make outbound calls, present the product suite (Wedded World B2B, Wedded Concierge B2C, Tourism Boards, Amplification) and match solutions to prospect needs.
• Handle objections, follow up consistently and close opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline information and work towards sales and revenue targets.
• Build and manage your own pipeline, using LinkedIn, Google, social media, industry directories and databases; success is measured on new prospects, qualified opportunities, conversion, sales closed and revenue generated.

Required profile

• Proactive, confident on the phone and with decision-makers, resilient to rejection and persistent in following up.
• Commercially minded, target-driven and a closer who enjoys prospecting and closing.
• Sales experience in B2B, B2C, media, advertising, travel, tourism, hospitality or luxury is a plus; a strong sales track record matters most.
