Outbound Relationship Manager

About the role

Henry Schein is seeking a motivated, customer‑focused professional to join its Perth team and manage a portfolio of dental practices across Adelaide and Perth. You will grow sales of consumables, build trusted relationships, and deliver solutions that help practices thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular phone and virtual engagement.
• Identify sales opportunities within the portfolio and generate new business growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding each practice’s needs, challenges, and goals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
• Collaborate with Field Sales and Customer Care teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM system.
• Use customer and sales data to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

Required profile

• Dental industry experience and a passion for building rapport with customers.
• Curious, customer‑first mindset with a focus on delivering value.
• Resilient, motivated and comfortable working towards targets.
• Adaptable, coachable and eager to learn.
• Confident communicator with a wide range of stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to influence customers through meaningful conversations.
• Confidence conducting outbound sales activity and managing portfolios.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills highly regarded.
• Experience working with CRM systems is advantageous.
