Nightfill Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

You will have full accountability for running the night‑fill department, ensuring deadlines are met, shelves are fully stocked and store presentation is maintained during evening and night trade.

Key responsibilities

• Manage night‑fill operations to meet sales targets and cost controls.
• Lead, coach and develop the team, handling rostering and performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising, food safety, compliance and stock management standards.
• Promote a one‑team culture that prioritises health, safety and wellbeing.

Required profile

• Flexibility to work evening hours.
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Direct leadership experience.

Required skills

• Ability to meet sales targets and control costs.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising, food safety and compliance.
