Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to drive sales, develop market opportunities and build strong relationships with our customers. You will lead the execution of our sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans with clear goals, tactics and timelines.
• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking and market research.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to spot growth opportunities.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends and competitive threats.
• Negotiate pricing and agreements with customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners and stakeholders.
• Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage sales collateral and branding to support business effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
