Musketeer Scout – Field Sales Role

About the role

The Musketeer Scout is a newly created field sales position within Red Bull Australia, focused on expanding daytime distribution across pubs, catering venues and quick‑service restaurants in Perth. You will act as the brand’s on‑the‑ground ambassador, ensuring product availability, visibility and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer potential and develop optimal tour plans, including routing, call cycles and coverage.
• Acquire new accounts and nurture existing ones across the daytime channel.
• Drive visibility and availability of Red Bull’s portfolio (energy, sugar‑free, seasonal flavours, and new product launches).
• Collaborate closely with the National Key Account Team to align on strategy and execution.
• Build trusted relationships with Food & Beverage managers and other decision‑makers.
• Identify market opportunities and translate them into sales and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in on‑premise or beverage distribution.
• Strong analytical mindset for route planning and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
