Luxury Travel Consultant – Destination Weddings & Celebrations

About the role

Wedded Wonderland is seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant to deliver high-touch, concierge-level travel support for destination weddings, milestone celebrations and their guests. The role supports complex, multi-party travel arrangements alongside senior luxury travel specialists, wedding planners, venues and global travel partners, and requires availability across weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Support travel itineraries for destination weddings, honeymoons, guest travel and post-event extensions, including accommodation, transfers and experiences
• Execute travel arrangements based on approved designs prepared by senior specialists
• Communicate with guests, planners and partners via WhatsApp, email and phone, with calm, discreet and culturally sensitive support
• Monitor active bookings and guest movements during shifts, resolve issues independently and escalate complex ones
• Log bookings, guest details and communications in the internal CRM, and coordinate billing support and confirmations
• Coordinate with hotels, transfer providers and local partners, and represent the company professionally with suppliers

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury travel, travel coordination, concierge services, hospitality operations or related roles
• Proven experience supporting complex itineraries and group travel
• Strong written and verbal English; comfortable communicating across WhatsApp, email and phone
• Attention to detail on guest-facing itineraries and ability to work independently
• Availability for weekend and holiday operations
• Nice to have: exposure to destination weddings, international clients, CRM familiarity and a background in hospitality or executive support
