Key Accounts - National Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Account Executive to manage a portfolio of smaller rural and retail accounts for Ridley, Australia’s leading animal nutrition provider. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, building strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities in partnership with sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver channel and personal financial KPIs.
• Investigate and reconcile credits and claims, including monthly AR reconciliation.
• Provide account management and sales support through quarterly reviews and monthly promotional activities.
• Develop and lead trade‑marketing briefs together with the marketing team.
• Manage the assigned account portfolio and ensure smooth back‑office operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administration account support or account management role.
• Proficient in data analysis and comfortable handling commercial and financial information.
• Team‑oriented with strong planning abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Previous participation in a key FMCG/Ag graduate programme is desirable.
