Retail Merchandiser – Carlton VIC (Casual)

About the role

CROSSMARK Australia is seeking a casual Retail Merchandiser to work in Carlton and surrounding suburbs. You will join a market‑leading FMCG brand, spending 6‑8 hours each Friday setting up displays, maintaining merchandising standards and building store relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Brand Representative to support sales performance in the territory.
• Create, build and maintain quality point‑of‑sale displays in stores.
• Discuss additional promotional space opportunities with store staff.
• Report tasks and capture photos daily via the StoreTrack app.

Required profile

• Supermarket retail or merchandising experience.
• Valid car driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (learners permit not accepted).
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Availability every Wednesday.
