Inside Sales Representative (6-Month Contract)

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative will support MiniMed’s Diabetes business by providing consultative sales support to the ANZ territory. Working remotely, you will act as a product specialist, driving sales and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close direct sales opportunities for MiniMed products.
• Serve as a specialist for MiniMed products across all ANZ accounts, achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
• Execute product demonstrations, focus campaigns and other marketing activities to generate market interest.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and influence buying decisions.
• Maintain territory administration, inventory management and compliance with health, safety and quality policies.

Required profile

• Experience in field sales, remote sales or sales support within the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of sales, negotiations and making multiple outbound phone calls daily.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organisational levels.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or a similar CRM system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
