Graphic Design Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Brand & Design Intern to join the creative team at IRL by Amber. You will help shape the visual identity across social media, events, campaigns, presentations, newsletters, partnerships, and community experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media assets, event collateral, presentations, newsletters, invitations, and campaign materials.
• Create visual concepts and creative directions for events, campaigns, partnerships, and announcements.
• Develop reusable design templates and systems to improve consistency and speed.
• Produce physical event assets such as signage, menus, name badges, screens, banners, and merchandise.
• Maintain organized design files and asset libraries for team use.

Required profile

• Strong visual taste with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand brief intentions and think about audience and context.
• Curiosity about branding, culture, startups, technology, and events.
• Proactive communication and ownership of workload.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Canva Pro.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, and layout.
