About the role
An exceptional opportunity for a Project Manager to join a global creative agency delivering world‑class content across iconic architectural projects. The role is hybrid based in Melbourne, working within a collaborative and creatively driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the progress of multiple briefs simultaneously, overseeing schedules, budgets, workflows and resources.
- Support and guide internal creative teams, facilitating communication across departments.
- Lead presentations and contribute operational insights to ensure high‑quality delivery.
- Provide strong problem‑solving and project leadership to keep production moving seamlessly.
Required profile
- 5+ years experience in project management or client services within a creative, studio, production, agency or client‑side environment.
- Confident communicator with strong judgement, resilience and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder groups and balance big‑picture thinking with hands‑on execution.
