About the role

Join the refined dining venue Atelier by Sofitel in Sydney’s Darling Harbour. As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will provide five‑star service, guiding guests through the menu, delivering personalised recommendations and ensuring every detail of the dining experience is flawless.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus and explain dishes and beverage options with confidence.
• Take orders accurately, serve food and drinks promptly, and maintain high standards of presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to enquiries and resolve any issues swiftly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and adhere to health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Passionate, detail‑oriented professional with a polished and courteous demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create genuine connections with guests.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
