About the role
Join the Banquets team at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour as a Food & Beverage Attendant, delivering refined service for events ranging from intimate gatherings to large conferences. You will ensure each function runs smoothly with elegance and precision.
Key responsibilities
- Set up rooms, tables, and service stations according to event specifications.
- Present dishes and beverages with accuracy and flair across plated, buffet, and cocktail service styles.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and adapt to dynamic event environments.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality.
Required profile
- Passionate, detail‑oriented professional with a polished, refined demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage with guests and colleagues effortlessly.
- Current RSA certification and full Australian working rights.
- Flexible and reliable for rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
