Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

Onsite Rental Group, a national specialist equipment hire business with over 30 years' experience across mining, oil & gas, construction, industrial, infrastructure, government and defence, is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to be based at its North Sydney office.

Key responsibilities

• Budget and forecasting: quarterly and ad hoc forecasts, managing the group budget and forecast timetable
• Standardise regional data collection models and coordinate input collection across business units
• Manage the build for Onsite support functions and manage loads into the OnBudget system
• Manage national reporting packs, M/E estimates and month-end close, consolidating regional P&L estimates and liaising with branch managers for accurate monthly P&Ls
• Review and process general ledger entries and manage national insurance renewals with the management accountant

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Commerce or similar
• Partly qualified or qualified CA / CPA
• Minimum 5 years in a finance leadership role
• Experience of financial analysis in a complex business and business partnering at all levels

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Experience of financial analysis in a complex business
