Client Advisor

About the role

Cutcher & Neale is looking for an experienced Client Advisor to join its team. The role suits someone with 6+ years' experience in a professional accounting firm who enjoys working closely with clients, mentoring others and driving business success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio, including relationships, task turnaround and WIP management.
• Participate in or independently lead client meetings.
• Perform analytical reviews of your own and the team's work to identify client opportunities and risks.
• Review and sign off on client work confidently.
• Draft advice on financial, taxation and investment matters for Partner review.
• Provide technical guidance, training and mentorship to team members.
• Provide strategies for Division 7A compliance with strong technical understanding.
• Research technical matters and compile insights to support decision-making.
• Drive innovation and improvement within the team and contribute to workplace groups and firm-wide initiatives.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in an accounting firm.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA qualification.
• A passion for leadership, collaboration and mentoring.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach to client service and business growth.
