About the role
The Field Account Executive will acquire high‑value fitness, wellness and new‑vertical partners for the ClassPass platform in Sydney and the broader region. You will build strong industry relationships and be the first to identify emerging studios and spas.
Key responsibilities
- Engage directly with fitness, wellness and new‑vertical partners to grow the ClassPass network.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly quotas for new venue additions.
- Prioritise in‑person outreach through drop‑ins, meetings and events, using inside‑sales tactics when appropriate.
- Attend networking events to strengthen regional community connections.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce for forecasting and pipeline visibility.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of fast‑paced B2B sales experience with a proven record of over‑performance.
- Based in Sydney and able to travel across the broader region.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Experience using Salesloft.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
