Family Law Solicitor (Lawyer/Associate/Senior Associate)

About the role

Our growing practice is looking for a talented solicitor at the Lawyer, Associate or Senior Associate level to join our highly regarded Family Law team. Working closely with an experienced Partner, you will deliver tailored legal solutions across a broad range of family law matters while developing your expertise in a supportive, rewarding environment.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake complex property disputes, especially high‑net‑wealth matters, and parenting disputes.
• Draft financial agreements, child support matters and binding child support agreements.
• Participate in litigious matters and mediations.
• Meet with clients, manage relationships and maintain ongoing communication.
• Manage your own files proactively and efficiently, and perform any other duties directed by senior lawyers.

Required profile

• Admitted solicitor with experience in family law.
• Background in a highly focused private‑client service environment.
• Strong research and analysis abilities with critical thinking.
• Current Queensland practising certificate.
• Excellent communication, client‑service focus and self‑motivation.
