About the role

HWLE is seeking property lawyers at all levels to join its fast‑growing Brisbane practice. You will work alongside Partners Jonathan East and Katrina Brown on high‑profile property matters for a prominent client base.

Key responsibilities

• Handle top‑tier property matters for a diverse client portfolio.
• Support complex transactions, including land developments and commercial deals.
• Manage major acquisitions, disposals, and conveyancing work.
• Provide legal advice across the full spectrum of property law.

Required profile

• Legal experience in commercial transactions and property development, preferably under Queensland law.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong client engagement.
• Passion for complex, diverse, and dynamic work.
• For senior candidates, demonstrated leadership to mentor junior staff.
