Director, Non-Financial Risk Transaction Banking Digital

About the role

As a Director of Non-Financial Risk for Transaction Banking Digital, you will ensure the safe, efficient and commercially effective delivery of digital platforms, channels and products across the institution. You will embed practical first‑line risk management into day‑to‑day delivery, working closely with product, operations and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with digital, product, operations and technology teams to embed first‑line non‑financial risk controls into platform delivery and change initiatives.
• Identify, assess, monitor and report material digital non‑financial risks across platforms, channels, connectivity solutions and related processes.
• Provide credible advice and constructive challenge on risk in change, control design, governance, incidents, issues and remediation.
• Strengthen governance frameworks, improve visibility of risk exposures and embed fit‑for‑purpose controls across customer journeys, access management, transaction processing, resilience, incident response and third‑party dependencies.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in non‑financial risk, transaction banking or digital risk environments.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, operational processes and regulatory risk appetites.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive risk‑aware decision making.
