Digital Marketing Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)

About the role

HungryPanda is seeking a creative and hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing & Growth team in Melbourne. The role focuses on paid advertising, organic social media, and video content creation, requiring fluency in Mandarin.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital platforms.
• Manage Instagram and TikTok organic content, including planning, publishing and audience engagement.
• Independently shoot and edit short‑form videos for Reels, TikTok and paid advertising.
• Develop creative content to support brand campaigns, merchant promotions and customer acquisition.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Based in Melbourne and fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• 1+ years experience in digital or social media marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads.
• Proven experience managing Instagram organic content.
• Ability to independently shoot and edit short‑form videos.
• Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Creative, proactive, data‑driven and able to work independently.
