Corporate Advisory Lawyer

About the role

Join Gilbert + Tobin's Corporate Advisory Group as a lawyer working on high‑profile, technically challenging transactions across mergers, acquisitions, IPOs and corporate governance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, disposals and conduct related due diligence.
• Manage IPOs, placements, rights issues and other capital‑raising transactions.
• Handle Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule compliance, including continuous disclosure and corporate governance.

Required profile

• Minimum three years post‑qualification experience.
• Broad experience in listed takeover bids, schemes of arrangement, private and public M&A and capital raising.
• Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.
• Exceptional analytical and drafting abilities.
• Strong mentoring and matter‑management skills.
