Business Analyst – Non‑Financial Risk Events

About the role

The Business Analyst will work closely with the Senior Manager – Non‑Financial Risk Events to manage NFR events from creation through to closure. You will help resolve system and process issues across ANZ’s retail product portfolio, gaining exposure to multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Case‑manage NFR events within a mature risk framework, following established guidelines and SLAs.
• Use specialised tools to capture findings, store evidence, and progress records through the event‑management lifecycle.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and support functions to investigate root causes.
• Document investigations, compile solution proposals and present findings to team leads and decision makers.
• Participate in training sessions as tools and frameworks evolve.
