Banking Consultant – Retail Banking (Castle Hill)

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will work primarily from the Castle Hill branch to deliver a seamless banking experience for customers. You will address end‑to‑end financial needs, guide conversations based on customer goals, and promote digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct needs‑based conversations to recommend appropriate products and services.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and encourage adoption.
• Act as a peer coach and role model within the branch team.
• Support branch initiatives and programs that drive customer engagement.
• Maintain compliance with ANZ policies, risk standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering high‑quality service.
• Retail banking or customer‑facing experience is an advantage.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and act as an advocate for customers.
• Willingness to work rostered hours, including occasional Saturday shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using digital banking platforms and related technology.
