Banking Consultant – Part‑time (Brookvale, NSW)

About the role

ANZ is seeking a part‑time Banking Consultant to join its retail team at Westfield Warringah Mall in Brookvale. You will help customers achieve their financial goals by delivering a seamless, end‑to‑end banking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service and act as a brand ambassador for ANZ.
• Conduct needs‑based conversations, advise on digital and traditional financial solutions, and process transactions.
• Support bank programs and initiatives that drive customer engagement and advocacy.
• Maintain a strong risk awareness by “knowing your customer” and ensuring compliance with ANZ policies.
• Coach peers and model best practices within the branch environment.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer focus with a retail‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in retail banking or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Ability to communicate clearly, build relationships and act as a role model for colleagues.
• Commitment to compliance, risk management and delivering on ANZ’s Customer Promises.
