Banking Consultant – Part‑time (20 hrs/week) in Balmain

About the role
ANZ is seeking a Banking Consultant to join its Balmain branch on a permanent, part‑time basis. You will deliver a seamless banking experience, helping customers meet their financial goals through personalised conversations, transaction support and digital education.
Key responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end financial advice and product solutions aligned with each customer’s needs.
- Process customer transactions accurately and in compliance with ANZ policies.
- Engage customers through needs‑based conversations and promote digital banking channels.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to turn clients into strong advocates for ANZ.
- Support branch operations, including occasional Saturday shifts as required.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus with a retail banking background preferred.
- Ability to multi‑task, manage time effectively and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of risk and compliance requirements in a banking environment.
- Willingness to act as a peer coach and role model for colleagues.
