About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless branch experience, meeting customers’ end‑to‑end financial needs and guiding them through digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a seamless branch experience across transaction activities, needs‑based conversations and digital education.
- Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Drive customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for clients.
- Participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
- Maintain a “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus; retail experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable using and promoting technology and digital channels.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Sound understanding of compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
