Banking Consultant – Customer Service & Sales (Part‑time)

About the role

As a Banking Consultant you will deliver outstanding sales and service to customers in a face‑to‑face environment and via inbound and outbound calls. You will handle everyday banking enquiries, support account openings and guide customers through our digital banking tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer‑obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
• Answer everyday banking enquiries and process account openings through phone or online channels.
• Educate and support customers in using digital banking platforms, encouraging self‑service.
• Assist with digital onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new customers.
• Listen actively, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed expectations and improve NPS scores.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture focused on people, risk, performance and compliance.
